Card Payments
To clarify the payment process, our therpapists are "out of network" providers. We do not take any insurance for services. All therapy service payments come directly from our clients and the debit/credit/HSA card that our clients manually enter into the Simple Practice system are used for payment. After payment, using the card on file, many of our clients submit their paid bill from the Simple Practice system to their insurance company to get full or partial reimbursement for sessions. We do not have direct contact with insurance companies or take payment from insurance companies.

Important questions you may wish to ask include:
1. Do I have mental health benefits?
2. What is my deductible and has it been met?
3. What is the coverage for outpatient psychotherapy services?
4. What is the percentage of reimbursement for an out-of-network provider?
5. Is approval required from my primary care physician?
6. How many psychotherapy sessions are covered per year?
