How should you plan for therapy?

There are 168 hours in a week, but therapy is only an hour. Most of our therapy will occur outside of session. To get the most out of your experience, it may be helpful to complete a therapy itinerary, a plan to identify the session goals, feeling states, and action items between sessions. This itinerary can help you chart your direction and progress in therapy.
